Hi there, my girlfriend just had an odd blue screen and since I'm on a business trip I can't really do much to check what's wrong so I have no clue what to do and if anyone could help to know what's actually going on because she mentioned something about being on a suspicious site and that a tab opened and that the pc blue screened I told her to do a few things and to send me some pictures. Thanks to everyone up front that's going to help, I'm a busy guy so I won't have the time to thank every single person that might help! Also I'm sorry if I choose the wrong selection to post this topic.

Here are some steps you can try

  • Restart the computer and see if the error occurs again.
  • Check if there are any hardware issues by running a hardware diagnostic test.
  • Update drivers for all hardware components.
  • Uninstall any recently installed software or drivers.
  • Run a virus scan to check for malware.

If none of these steps work, you can try running the Blue Screen Troubleshooter in Windows 10 by following these steps:

  1. Open Start.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Update & Security.
  4. Click the Troubleshoot tab.
  5. Click Blue Screen.
  6. Click Run the troubleshooter.
  7. review the resulting solutions and follow any on-screen instructions.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

Please make sure to Mark the Solution as a Solution.

Take everything I say with a grain of salt. I could be just about wrong as I am right.
