It's a laptop, it has stringent power limitations, you prolly can't go around, have a look in BIOS if ever there's something to tweak

What's your system?

Seems BIOS limitations, frequent in OEM prebuilts

I restarted "CPU power save" mode and at the moment it seems problem is fixed
