I'd go 650 if you aren't planning upgrades anytime soon. Personally I'd go 700. It's a good balance and somewhat future proof.

im gonna upgrade with rx 6950 and ryzen 7 5700x and 32 gb ddr4 3200mhz

i have a 650w psu is it enough ?

On paper yes but you gotta make sure its pretty well built. Even overspec'd PSU can have unexpected shutoff due to the transient power both RTX 3000 and AMD RX 6000 series can consume. 750-850W would be more comfortable.

Also, what resolution? Id go for 5800X3D 6800XT if this is a 1080p machine.

i putted all the parts and it says 549w should i upgrade also psu ?

If you plan on doing any kind of overclocking (other than the RAM), you'll want to upgrade to an 850W 80+ Gold PSU.

Typically multiply the estimated wattage by 1.5 to be safe. That also allows room for any future upgrades too, whether it be the gpu or the storage.
