Dead Logitech Powerplay

Hey guys, first time here, and also a Canadian citizen, so I was recently in Japan 2 months ago. when I bought the logitech powerplay, I thought it would last me a long time and not crap the bed so shortly. It has since stopped charging my  g502  lightspeed. I've tried uninstalling the drivers, uninstalling ghub, rebooting, and reinstalling, upgrading the firmware, trying different micro usb cables, and also tried using it on another computer to see if it would start charging. I'm unsure what to do as RMA doesn't transfer internationally. Not sure if anyone has ever gotten a fix to work either. powerplay: 7.1.11, lightspeed receiver   40.3.14
