Resolution Issue when opening a Game

Hi im Popppy and i have an issue with my Monitors

 

I like to Play CSGO and record some stuff  just for the Fun of it

but i have a 2 monitor setup the main one is 27 inches and the 2nd one is 1080p wich i use vertically

 

y play CSGO on 4:3 1280 x 1024 and when i open the game every other window on my second monitor Moves

i tried switchin to NATIVE res but i dont like it 

is there any Fix for this?
