Parking E cores

Hi,

is parking E cores the going to be the same performance as disabling them ? 
 

I have option in bios to enable a hot key on my keyboard to park them

 

apparently same games run better with E cores disabled but I cba to keep going bios to turn them off. 
so would this feature be a good way to test E cores on vs off ? Or do I need to keep going bios ?
