I Recently added more of the same ram to my computer and now it wont boot. I upgraded from 2 sticks (16GB) of ram to 4 sticks (32GB) of ram . My pc just cycles between all the error codes and eventually just boots into the bios saying that it failed to boot. I tried changing the xmp from 1 to 2. I managed to boot the pc as normally when swithing to the slower xmp 2. I wonder if I will be able to fully utilize my 5200mhz. This is the ram I am using: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Technology-Overclocking-Stability-KF552C40BBAK2-16/dp/B0B1QNW5H4?th=1. This is the motherboard I am using: https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-Z690-AORUS-Gen2X2-Motherboard/dp/B09JZFT4SN?th=1

I should be working fine technically... however your ram set isn't on the motherboard's supported list.

The 32gb two stick set of the same model number is support but the 16gb version isn't there.

Best bet would likely be to update the bios and try get it to work. You could manually dial up the settings slowly and test the ram for stability if you want.
