My Earbud Touch Controls keeps ghost touching. (How to disable the controls?)

I have Noise Earbuds, they don't have any software or app for them.

The right earbud is messing with the volume and google assistant picking and ending calls...

I never use these touch controls, is there a way to disable them?

I have an Android phone and Windows 11 Laptop.
