Other details the only part I want to keep from my old build is my 3080. My current build is an i9-9900k and 3080, ddr4 32gig 3200mhz.

Umm your current build is already good enough?? Anyway ya the new stuffs seem pretty good just maybe try going for the k version not kf

Those should be fine for 1440p, whats the main issue you have, Siege in particular assuming thats your main title.
