Hi!

I have very weird problem with the pc I`m building right now.

(Essential) Parts

CPU: Ryzen 9 7900x

Motherboard: AsRock B650 PG Riptide

Ram: Corsair dominator platinum ddr5 32gb 5600mhz

When I power on PC, DRAM and CPU lights are on red for some time (sometimes Boot and VGA LED`s flash), when it throws me in to bios then all the LED`s turn off, but sometimes I can`t even get to bios, just black screen until I restart pc. I can`t install windows (tells that some files are corrupted or doesn't boot at all). I can`t update bios, when I try instant flashback then led will stay green indicating that something is wrong, when I try to instant flash, then it starts to update and instantly restarts back to the bios.

What have I tried:
Reseating CPU

Reseating ram (to same slots, to different slots, one stick at the time ect.)

Resetting bios to default

I have encountered similar problem with one am5 system before but I can`t seem to fix this one and I`m slowly all out of ideas.

Any kind of help would be appreciated

RMA if nothing works, if it cant even boot there is nothing that you can even do

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced

Well yeah that's always an option. I was thiking maybe I'm missing something ect.

I really dont think so if the thing hasn't worked it isn't your fault if its DOA, get a new one. I recommend the B650 Aourus one

issue reminds me of that one streamer's computer that Linus just recently helped fix. Makes me wonder if your mobo is faulty and has a short somewhere or something.

RMA of mobo and/or cpu may actually be your best place to start. It doesn't sound like you're missing anything to me, you've even reseated everything and it's continued to act inconsistently.
