Given the high ambient temperature, that is very possible. The odd thing is that the fans aren't at 100% - Turing's max target temp is 83C, so the cooler should be running at 100% to try to keep it under that.

 

Have you modified the fan curve from stock at all? Or modified the power level?

for like 3 y now  i took it out the pc for cleaning but i was pulling the gpu while holding on the fan a bit so im worry if i damaged it 😅

i didnt touch anything just all on stuck

u should be fine if you didnt push it in loads

or when u pulled it out u did it gently and made sure everythin was loose

maybe theres a limiter on it without him noticing? maybe he can do a stress test and see where he ends up

You can try using a program like MSI Afterburner or FanControl to set the fan speeds higher for that temperature.

 

Like I said, at 83C, they should absolutely be running at 100%.
