Intel csme detection tool

Intel csme detection tool says that my system is vulnerable.. What that does means? I have installed management engine driver.. I searched about it, many people say that you should have latest bios version.. But latest version has problem (msi b560 m bazooka) bios version A7. Though it updates cpu microcode it also affects game fps. Also it uses high chunk of cpu when playing games... Should i he concerned about csme? Also in the uploaded image I downloaded 2141.15.0.2511 version not the one which has note.. Does it has anything to do with it?
