Vga White Light

Good day!

 

I recently changed power supply to a CoolerMaster MWE 850 gold. I went to a friend’s house to help me swap out the parts. Before leaving we checked and made sure everything booted up which it did. Arriving home, when I try to boot it up I dont get a display on my monitor and my vga debug light is on. I have already reseated the 8pin power connector and the gpu but still nothing. I know the gpu is good as I literally tested it before I left. 
 

any ideas?

bad power? try another outlet? drivers?

Tried running off the wall and an avr. I was also running off an 800w power supply before I upgraded.
