RX 580 HDMI issues

Hey all,

Recently I loaded my old RX 580 into a new computer that is running DP for main monitor then HDMI into HDMI splitter.
No issues when that connection is to the motherboard, but when plugged into the video card I receive an error and the HDMI is not recognized

That appears in the Event manager for the video card.
I have tried above 10 drivers and sometimes i am getting an output to the HDMI and most of the times unlucky. I can't seem to find the issue.

Any suggestions?

P.S im running 650W Gold power supply.

i would try that, but it doesnt explain why it was working perfectly when the hdmi was connected to the motherboard, but doesnt when connected to the video card
