Hi guys, I am helping a friend with a rig, his budget is $1300 Australian Dollar, and it will be used for 1080p gaming purely.

He will not be needing a mobo, CPU and case, as he got them as a birthday present from his parents, he's got a Maximus VI Gene and an i5 4670k, as well as a 350D.

What he will be needing is keyboard, mouse and monitor, but no OS needed.

Thanks in advance for any advice :)

I would say an aftermarket GTX770, a 8gb 1600mhz ram kit, 600w psu, a 256gb ssd, a mechanical keyboard like the once CM have, a good laser mouse and do you know if your friend would want a monitor with a high refresh rate (tn panel) or good colour reproduction (ips panel)? I don't usually recommend keyboards and mouses, as people have different preferences.
