Audio Dock?

I don't know how to describe it but is there a device/dock that does the ff.:
 - Supports multiple PCs. Can switch which PC is active/current audio source
 - Supports USB (2.0) Headphones
 - Supports USB (2.0) Mic
 - Has a mute button
 - Has a volume knob
 - Wired/Wireless (preferably wired)

I'm searching for "audio dock/sound card" on online shops but none has all the categories

Such a device seems like a unicorn to me. Specifically because you are trying to combine incompatible things. 

 

An audio interface would be able to do everything except switching between PCs. However, not in combination with USB headphones and microphones as these are effectively their own contained audio devices, so there is no controlling their volume through knobs and buttons. 

 

There are all sorts of suggestions I and people could do. But I feel like that they will be based on incomplete information. From your list it seems like to me that you already have devices you currently own and that you want to keep using. Is that correct? If so, what are these devices?
