Specs:
Ryzen 7 3800x (PBO enabled)

RTX 3060 (overclocked)

32GB of RAM (overclocked to 3266 MT/s)

Motherboard: asus TUF b550-plus

PSU: idk some EVGA 700W one 😉

Since I built this pc a year ago i've been getting 200 fps on Valorant with only 40% CPU usage and 30% GPU usage, so I've tried overclocking my RAM, CPU and GPU to improve this performace, however I haven't seen any major increases in performance, in fact, recently I started getting only 150 average fps and sometimes going as low as 100 fps this is obviously an issue since I have a 240Hz display. I have tried all the windows and bios optimisations I could find on the internet, and I have also tried updating the BIOS and all the drivers. Additionally, I recently fully reset my computer which didn't show any improvement either. When running a benchmark such as Cinebench or Furmark both my CPU and GPU run correctly at 100% and with decent temperatures, so I don't think thermal throttling is the issue either.

Can someone please help me with this?, since it is very hard to play on 100-150 FPS when used to 240Hz.

Thank you in advance.

Does anyone have a solution for this?, since it is very hard to play on 100-150 FPS when used to 240Hz.

I doubt you can really see the difference between 144 and 240Hz as allot of videos show us that its not that noticable like 60 to 120/144.
Did you enable gaming mode and performance modes in windows?

Just to tell you, your components shouldn't be maxed out in valorant since its not really hard to run.

To have something to compare too, this is the reference video for the performance.

I have enabled those, and I can really tell the difference, especially since it is a first person shooter, when moving the camera quickly it is very annoying.

And just to add, something like Ryzen 5 5600 would have much better FPS in valorant.

In valorent did you set the max FPS to be 240 maybe its that limiting it

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced
