Windows 10 Pro Unresponsive

Not too sure where to post this, any tips appreciated

Been having this Issue for a couple months now. During the day, If my pc is left on It goes into this state where I can move the cursor and type into text bars yet every program goes unresponsive and I loose most windows functions, While in this state I also cant shut down or restart the pc as the start menu goes unresponsive (The power button also doesn't work). The only way to resolve this temporarily is to hard shut down my PC which I know is bad for the system but is my only option. My main goal is to diagnose this problem:

• I have checked reliability monitor and the only flagged issues are every time my PC is hard powered off.
• System is not being overused, has more then enough CPU downtime and is well under my total memory.
• Reinstalled pretty much every program that has conflicted in the past or to other people.
• Done Full virus scans and detected nothing.
• Ran multiple system cleaners with no results.

Interesting points:
Been told it might be an issue with conflicting registry's but I'm not too sure how to diagnose registry issues.
These crashes happen mainly when the system has been left sitting idle for a while (Although occasionally happen right in the middle of something).
I am running L-Connect 3 which is a pretty well known program for its instability but unlike L-Connect 2, it actually works and doesn't eat up 25% of system resources (Already reinstalled it twice).

run cmd as admin and run:

sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

 

past that.. what does the smart data on your boot drive look like?
