Motherboard: Asus GAMING X670E-PLUS Wi-Fi

B650 is more than capable unless there is something very specific about the I/O on that particular board that you're looking for. X670 is not really necessary unless you have very specific needs.

RAM: Kingston Fury Beast Black 16GB 2x8GB 6000MHz

This is a very bad choice. There is a reason you don't see 16GB kits of DDR5 very often as 8GB DIMM's are not recommended at all. Someone else can get more technical but their configuration results in poor performance, negating many benefits of DDR5 in the first place.  32GB kits are the minimum that should be considered and if you look around, the majority of what you find. I also highly suggest a kit with EXPO.

PSU: Corsair RM1000e 1000W

Little overkill but its a good PSU. You can get by with a 750W with room to spare.

Budget (including currency): 7 000 - 8 000 PLN ($1 600-$1 900US)

Country: Poland

Games: New third party releases, Microsoft exclusives, Diablo IV!

Other details:
Hi there! I mainly game on console (PS5 + Switch) but want to get into PC gaming, I have an Ultrawide 3440x1080 75Hz for work, and would like to build PC to drive it, to the max :).
Goals for this build:
- run newly released games with NO-RT at 60-75 fps (3440x1440), high or ultra settings.

- durability and easy upgrade path for the future
- i'm fine paying extra for aesthetics and lower noise
- team red ❤️
My planed build:
Case: Fractal Design North
CPU:
Ryzen 5 7600
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 6700XT 12GB
Motherboard: Asus GAMING X670E-PLUS Wi-Fi
RAM: Kingston Fury Beast Black 16GB 2x8GB 6000MHz
PSU: Corsair RM1000e 1000W
SSD: KINGSTON KC3000 1TB
CPU cooler: Endorfy Navis F280 (silentiumPC) (might run the cpu with stock cooler first and see how it does)
Other: couple arctic P12 or P14 fans for the case

I know I'll overpay for AM5, PSU and Motherboard and the case. I made those choices to have an easy time upgrading just the CPU and GPU few years from now and I like the way TUF motherboard looks :D)
My main questions are:
- Is R5 7600 enough for gaming for Ultrawide in just 75Hz or should I go higher?
- Is RX 6700 XT enough for 75Hz?
- Are the parts I have chosen compatible? (RAM, PSU)

The motherboard is there to support next generations of AM5 CPUs. I rather pay more now, than have to replace the board with cpu latter.

no i know. But you can get a b650 board and be fine with an upgrade now and later on. It just costs much less

Okey! I checked the prices and have some questions.
- RM1000e is 142$ in my region, is RM1000X 180$ (is it worth extra 40$?) I'm open to other PSU recommendations but the RM1000e has a great price right now.
- 16GB vs 32GB of RAM is there a significant difference for gaming?
- You picked a Samsung drive, is something wrong with Kingston KC3000? (I don't like Samusng)
- I would stay with R5 7600 to save a buck for now with stock cooler, should I go higher for 7700 or 7800?

I'm able to spend1900$ but would rather spend less if the build will get me to 75Hz Ultrawide 1440p 🙂

B650 is more than capable unless there is something very specific about the I/O on that particular board that you're looking for. X670 is not really necessary unless you have very specific needs.

Little overkill but its a good PSU. You can get by with a 750W with room to spare.

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2 - Windows 11 Pro
