Good day,

I have found a problem and would want some help so I can se if I need to call warranty.

My keyboard (gk-100 from HP) seems to have some defect, I assume is the keyboard for some reasonings, I have did the fn reset of the keyboard, nothing seem to change, I changed on the regedit, I restored to factory settings the regedit, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers update and such, and finally, I have restored to factory settings my computer and nothing seems to work.

All the things I did listed above were things I saw on the internet, so then again I could have done some of that wrongly or I forgot to do something that you guys could find it useful for my case.

And the keys I press that generate the wrong things are, for example, if I hold the left shift key it inputs uppercase B's, if I hold caps lock it inputs uppercase B's and so on and so forth.

For more information, I'm on a windows 10 enterprise and my keyboard is a GK-100 with the Portuguese Brazilian abnt2.

Sorry for my not over the top English, not my first language. And then again I'm already grateful for any kind of help.
