Fonts for certain apps have gotten ridiculously tiny

The fonts have gotten so small to a degree where I genuinely can't read it unless I'm basically pressing my nose against my tv. Pretty sure it's gotten to the point where words are written pixel by pixel. 

 

So far I've only noticed it on VLC, qbittotrent, and wallpaper engine. I'm using windows 11 with a 4k 65" tv. 

 

I've included pictures that will hopefully clarify what I'm talking about.

You can chnge the scale in windows display settings it will help with text size
