chrome issues

some chrome issues ive been having.... chrome says managed by organization but it is a private google account on my personal computer with no other accounts that would be managed other issue is in YouTube full screen there is a scroll bar on the bottom of my screen that i cant seem to remove unless i zoom out to like 90% usually it was at 125 with no issues. any help appreciated

sounds like a "GPO" was set.  in run write mmc.exe and add group policy snapin. for local computer.  check if you see something in there. usually under security settings. 

for both user configuration and computer configuration you should find all settings..  scroll down there in both and see if you find anything around chrome. 

 

 

either there.. or a virus has infected your system.. i've seen that happen too.
