So I just got this laptop roughly last year, but it's been crashing a lot lately. How bad is it? Well, it seems to crash without even giving a bsod code. Like, the screen just freezes right then and there and doesn't give a reason of crashing. So I have to hard shut it down just to make it functioning again. It managed to catch one crash log related to "Machine Check Exception", then another on Valentine's Day. I guess i'll have to look into a actual desktop. But hey, spending 1,062 on my first laptop, then 915 on the 2nd one. Yeesh. At least this one doesn't cap it's temp at 86c when I game sometimes. But as of now, I noticed it's been doing a few little lag spikes from time to time where I hear the audio crackle for a second. If i'm playing Beat Saber, the lag spike is so bad, it even spikes in Beat Saber as well when i'm playing and it's super annoying. I have the old RAM from my last laptop. I might put that in, and remove a nvme that's in it as well and hopefully see if that fixes things at the least. I could just move the nvme to another slot on the laptop since it's likely right next to a heat pipe seeing as how these are poorly made nowadays. Any ideas on this?
