HELP MY GAMES KEEP CRASHING

Hello Tech people,

When I play a game on my PC the game either takes a really long time opening or it just crashes, saying the error "this game is not responding". It started when i Installed a mod on a game and it was working perfect with no problems but when i accidentally disconnected my controller it froze but it normally does this for the game because my friend gets it too but when i tried to re-open the game it froze then crashed and it didn't even get to the starter screen but then nearly all my games got the same problem, either it going to a white screen then crashing or it goes to the white screen then the normal black screen then crashing or if I'm lucky it will get onto the game but it will take along time to get to that stage. I realized that when the WIFI gets reset it's fine for a few minutes but then it just crashes again, and I know it isn't my computer because it's a high end PC and I've done everything on YouTube tutorials but nothing is working.

What game, what hardware is in your computer, and when did you start experiencing this issue, and have you done a restart?

I was using the seamless Co-op mod in Elden ring, also it happen about 3 days ago and yes i have reset my PC

So, you say you've "reset" your pc - what exactly did you do?

 

Have you tried removing the mod?

 

Does this issue occur with other games too?

 

Also, quick tip - quote someone you speak with, that way they got a notification

I meant to say restarted my PC, also I have removed the mod and reinstalled steam what i had the game on and the game it's self. it's happening to most of my games
