BSODs Whea uncorrectable error. Board problem?

Enochian7

Hello,

I bought this new PC and installed fresh Windows 10 on it:

CPU: Intel i7 12700k
MB: Asus ROG Z790 Maximus Apex
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB - DDR5 - Kit - 64 GB: 2 x 32 GB - DIMM 288-PIN - 6400 MHz / PC5-51200
SSD: Samsung 970 Pro 512 GB
GPU: Asus ROG Strix 4070 Ti
AIO: Galahad 360 V2
PSU: Asus ROG Loki 1000W Platinum
Case: Lianli O11 Dynamic Evo combined with NZXT and Lian li fans

I'm gettting constant BSOD with error message Whea uncorrectable error. I'm getting like 10 BSODs one after another, sometimes after only few seconds in Windows, sometimes minutes, sometimes my PC would not boot to Windows at all and direct me to the BIOS, where there is no drive listed in my boot options. But sometimes I can be in Windows for like 1 - 2 hours and then cycle will start again. It doesn't matter if turn on PC after it was turned off long time or short time. I'm also getting randomly disconnected from my internet connection, it looks like my ethernet controller is disabling itself or even invisible for windows. I need to restart PC to try to make it work again. Also USBs behave strangely sometimes

I tried switch MB and RAM for ones which I have at home. Asus ROG Strix Z690 Gaming Wifi D4 with T-Force Xtreem 64GB RAM and it worked without issues, but I tried it for like 2 - 3 hours only, so I don't know if it was coincedence or not

I tried update BIOS and it didn't solve my issue. What else options do I have to determine what is wrong with my PC before I decide to send MB for warraty claim?

EDIT: I got some dump files. But this is behaving strange too. I got so many BSODs and only few dump files, I don't understand why. Anyways here is link https://www.mediafire.com/file/jsdxhgqutc76auv/040423-128343-01.zip/file

I also inluced file from CPUID HWMonitor values

Edit: I realized my uploaded dump files are not related to the WHEA error. Might me because everytime I have this BSOD, there is progress of collecting informations 0% and it stays like that

Anyways I got suprisingly another error in BSOD and that's CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I did not overlock my CPU and didn't enable AI Overlocking on my MB

I checked my CPU and socket and observed that in socket there might be missing 1 pin, could this little thing cause such as issues?

Thank you
