I recently built a pc and I'm not sure if it's bottlenecking or what but here is what I'm running Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHZ GeForce 3070 Ti 16.0 GB Ram ASRock B365M Pro-F I think it's the motherboard that's the issues it's super cheap like $80 or something I'm trying to figure out what I should replace it with or what might be wrong. For any benchmarks check my other posts on my account they've got all the benches for this pc. It's gotten worse as of late crashing constantly and I've kinda gotten sick of it.

It would be helpful of you to link or repost your benchmarks, and highlight exactly which parts show the bottlenecks you're experiencing. We're not going to go hunting through several clicks to offer free advice.

Can you describe, in particular, one example of an issue you're expeiencing? Is there a problem in a game?

So anytime I try launching anything gpu or cpu intensive the pc unless I run it as Administrator will either crash instantly or it will have frame drops from 214 to 72 in miliseconds up and down.

This does not sound like a bottlenecking issue, you definitely should not have to be running games as administrator.

I'm aware I've tried everything from fresh install of windows, to a new power supply, to taking apart and reassembling the whole pc. The only parts I'm concerned about is the motherboard it limits my ram, it's fairly old but I'm not a complete computer nut I don't know everything just a guess.

None of your hardware has any bearing on games requiring administrator to run properly - when you reinstalled windows, did you try JUST drivers and one of the problem programs?

And I really do mean JUST THAT - none of your other software whatsoever

wouldn't even know how to do that just reinstall it. As well I'll launch a game and show you what I mean I can't screen cap it; it won't work then.
