Budget (including currency): 800-900€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft with hundreds of mods, coding and light video editing

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): The budget needs to include a keyboard and a windows license. Also it would be beneficial for it to have a dedicated GPU and onboard.

That's a lot of requirements for a 800-900 euro build.. Minecraft with hundreds of mods requires pretty beefy hardware.

Depends on whats hundreds of mods here, but if it is a massive overhaul like automation-based mods, you are pretty much looking at deadlocked 40fps on even top end hardware with all the RAM you can afford to Minecraft before you just crash because of overflow.

I thought about modpacks like „ATM7 - to the sky“. Hundreds of mods is a bit over the top
