How to add Apps

I reinstalled my OS and therefore copied my steam libary to my second harddrive so I shouldn't download everything again.

 

But now alle the games and steam itself don't show up in the startmenu or in the apps and features section. Is there a wa to add the apps manually?

You would have to point Steam to your Steam library on your new hard drive. Last time I did this, I just hit "install" once on one game, then Steam automagically detected that that game and all the others were installed and I didn't have to download anything.

 

Otherwise, there should be an option in your Steam settings to choose where your Steam library is located. You should be able to select your old Steam library from there.
