Unraid Server build - random rebooting issues

Hi All, first post here so i appreciate any help!

 

Heres the build

OS: Unraid 6.11.5

CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2697 v4 (Second Hand)

Mobo: MSI x99a SLI PLUS  (Second Hand) (Version 7885v1E)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX  32GB 2x16 (New)

PSU: Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W (New)

 

What Ive done so far

Updated BIOS

Tried other PSU (Didnt help),

Tried under load 50%+ (Didnt trigger the reboot any faster)

Tried RAM in different slots, or single stick

Re-seated connectors etc

 

Heres the problem

Boots up fine into unraidOS, runs for anywhere between 30 mins to 3 hours and randomly shutsdown, sometimes no reboot
