Yeah, most likely just air bubbles that has to move around a little. Hearing some liquid moving is also normal because, well... There is liquid inside the AIO 😛  when I had an AIO, I always heard liquid moving everytime I started my PC!   Its like when you have a bucket of water and you take a stick and move it round and round, you will hear a lot of water noise until the water gets up to speed and moves at the speed your stick ( pump ) is moving.  All normal.

So, I posted a forum about this before and it seems that I got no definitive answer so this time I have taken a video of the noise to try and see if this is normal for a Corsair h100i elite. If this is air bubbles in the pump then how can I get rid of them I moved my pc while running gently, in multiple directions and nothing. So, idk and btw this is a brand new part.

That sounds completely normal!  There is no grinding or ticking noise or anything inconsistent.  Remember that there is a pump inside spinning quite fast, some noise is to be expected 🙂  Nothing to worry about.

Thank you for such a fast response, I thought it had to be normal because temps are great with a overclocked 5600x like 55c - 65c

Hey! No problem.  Temps look good indeed, the sound is constant so its just the pump / blades spinning 🙂  Nothing to worry about, keep on gaming!
