Android /e/ os HELP

I am try to put /e/ os om my motorola edge 30, but i have messed it all up.

I was flowing this https://doc.e.foundation/devices/dubai/install

I got to 'Temporarily Booting a custom recovery using' i did [adb reboot bootloader] and somthing whit adb but i dont know what.

 

So now i cant start or reset the photo its in a boot loop i see the MOTO logo and it stuck.

 

Can some on help me put a new os on the phone?
