Motherboard issue for i5-13600K

Hey guys I've been on the look out for a motherboard that is good cheap and reliable. Most websites are leaning towards gigabytes products, however the reviews say otherwise. I want to purchase a good z690 that is within my budget, but there are wayyyyy better B660 alternatives. Which is why I am here today. are the B660 motherboards even compatible? I heard some require BIOS flashbacks. Are there any good Z690 motherboards x DDR4 with wifi that are actually descent that just work out of the box? My budget for the motherboard is $200-$300 CAD. yes they are compatible with the 13600K (the b660 and z690 boards) but you will need bios flashback on the board Suggestions below
