My mobo does not use screws for the M2, but I don't know what to do with this.

What motherboard and what M.2?  You might have to take another M.2 slot on the motherboard if you don't have a standard 2280 size M.2.

MOBO: Gigabyte A520M H

SSD: Kingston NV2

According to the specs the SSD is 2280 and is supported by the Mobo.

Check your motherboard manual as suggested. Should tell you what slot to use.

Your motherboard manual should have instructions you can follow.
