Seasonic or Corsair are my go to PSU makes, if you prefer a Corsair unit go for a RM1000X or RM1000e either one will be perfectly fine, they have the more expensive platinum and titanium units too but that would be pretty unnecessary for your build.

Afaik the RMx series have higher quality capacitors making them a tad more expensive. The RMe series while also having a slightly newer design, use slightly cheaper caps to make them a little more budget friendly.

Regardless both units are in the same tier list on the PSU Tier List and both share the same 80+ Gold rating.

I'd just go with whatever is the best price to performance personally. Corsair doesn't have a ton of options and they should all be good, so just whichever kit fits your budget and has the size, speed, and timing you want. You may also want to double check if the kit is on your motherboards QVL list as DDR5 as been a little finicky and you'll want a kit that is tested from the factory to be compatible.

If you add all of your parts to a PCPartpicker list it will show you the pricing and options of all available kits. It's the easiest way to find one.
