Help! New PC Build

Hello, 

i build a new pc and installed windows 11 everything was working fine downloaded everything I needed antivirus, steam, chrome, GeForce experience, iCue, etc after installing graphics card drivers and windows update pc restarted and got stuck on boot screen. After hours of troubleshooting and watching YouTube videos and looking online ended up installing windows 10 thinking it was windows 11 not working correctly but after downloading and installing windows 10 I am still having the same issues.

amd Rysen 7 7700x

ROG Asus b650-A wifi motherboard 

corsair vengeance 32gb

Samsung 980 m.2 1Tb
