Reverse image searching returns one result from what appears to be a marketplace in Russia and the name of the case isn't listed. At least not that I can tell.

Hm thats weird. Might be uncommon or something which would be cool as i found it on the side of the road.

Its a good 10 years plus old,Having the 3.5 floppy slots ages it that far back if not older.

I think its a copy brand of a thermaltake from the early 00s.Not a clue the brand name there was many back then.
