Strange PC behavior while walking around

I've been having an issue for the past few days where walking near my pc is causing strange behaviors such as waking it from sleep, refreshing my browser, or causing stutters in game. At first I thought maybe the vibrations were moving my mouse and causing it to wake, but the behavior persisted even after turning off all my input devices and that still wouldn't explain the other strange behavior I'm seeing. The strangest part is that I'm only getting these issues specifically when walking by, jostling or bumping the case directly doesn't give me the issue. It's only when walking, and even then only the active window gets interrupted, video I have playing in a background tab is unaffected for example. I've checked that all the connections in the PC are secure and even swapped in a different gpu and can't seem to diagnose what's going on. I've been building computers for over a decade now and have never seen or even heard of something like this happening. I was curious if anyone has experienced anything like this before or has ideas for how to troubleshoot this.
