990 pro 2tb not showing in samsung magician

I was by my brother an it is fixed i added the disk the wrong way 😅 i added it in manage storage spaces (the page in the picture the picture is not mine i got it from google to show) now i deleted it there and added it disk management. Thanks for the help

Hello my brother just got a new pc and it has 2 samsung 990 pro nvme 1 1tb and 1 2tb now i installed samsung magician for him but it only shows the 1tb and not the 2tb m.2 and i dont know how to fix this hope someone can help. It runs on windows 11. And the 1tb is the C drive i did add the 2tb later in the storage management dont know if that is usefull to know but i thought i just add it. Thanks for all the help

Is the drive functional in all other ways?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

Yes i works like it should. I thought it is fine but then i read that i need to update because the bad software that reduces lifetime
