Rebooting PC doesent work.

Sometimes when I restart my PC , it doesent restart and gets into the restore menu. The only way to temporarly fix it is to load a restore point. I have already reinstalled windows and even used a new ssd.

Specs:
asrock b450m mainboard

radeon rx 590

Westerndigital sn570

g skill aegis ram

I really don't know what to do at this point other than avoiding restarts altogether.

I hope someone knows how to fix the problem here.

already did that: I even did a bios update
