Sudden fps drop/stuttering

Hello, so basically I have been having some issue in the games and its the sudden drop of fps, basically stuttering.. Whenever I play league or apex, or anything really I have sudden fps drops, like from 144 fps locked to 100 for 1 sec and back to 144, which is really annoying and drives me crazy. The issue started after updating the new gpu driver, so basically I tried to downgrade it back to the old driver and performed a clean install..didn't help at all. So now I don't know what can be causing the problem, I tried to benchmark to see if everything performs as usual and it does.. even the numbers in task manager are okay, I have max temp like 70 °C on CPU, GPU, I had to replace CPU last year because they gave me faulty one, but the pc itself is old like 1 year and maybe 3-4 months

 

My specs : CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, GPU - 3060, Motherboard - MPG B550I Gaming Edge, RAM - 16GB 3200MHz, SSD - 980 Samsung, Monitor - ASUS VG24VQE

Fortron HYPER 80+ PRO 650W and I think like half a year, had to replace it for the 550W, because the guy in IT/tech store basically told me that I should upgrade my PSU, since I replaced my case/cpu cooling (RGB, fans etc.) so the power consumption is gonna be higher..

DOCP was turned on, I turned it off like hour ago and wanted to test it without it, if the stutters will continue, but haven't had the chance, but I had it since like forever and the issue started like few days ago, so I don't know if that could be the problem
latest bios is 1.71 and I don't know how to check if it should be the latest bios,

chipset drivers - didn't download any and Im playing on 1080p

Unstable RAM can cause issues. And RAM can go bad.

 

Your Bios you can check by using CPU-Z, some other program (Aida64, Speccy) or looking inside the bios.

 

Lacking the chipset drivers causes all kind of issues and the performance suffers.

 

And the 1080p is a low resolution, the Ryzen 5600 might bottleneck the 3060 a tiny bit.

I tried to upgrade the chipset drivers but it says that I need one HDD or one more SSD to upgrade, and I have only one SSD, any solution to that? And ye, I already upgraded to the latest BIOS verison, the problem still persists..

Chipset drivers do not need hard drives or SSD-s, what did you download?! You don't need StoreMI, just the chipset drivers.

Well, I went to the official site and it downloaded the StoreMI, so whats the other way around this?
