Rx 580 Bios

I've got a Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8gb PC edition (doesn't exactly roll off the tongue) that I need to flash a new bios to. Long story short I was having issues, sent it to AMD, and they send me a card back that had a mining bios on it (great customer service let me tell ya) and refuse to fix it without me paying for shipping, which for a card this price, is pointless. When I go to flash the new bios with the tool for windows, it refuses to flash. I've tried numerous bios for the card and I'm tired of leaving 30% of my performance on the table. Once I get home I can get screenshots among other things. I need help.

You could try with GPU-Z and the BIOS collection from TPU.

I've tried with AMDs own flash tool and I get an error every time. It essentially says the bios doesn't match up even though it's the official bios.

Guess I need to repost. Not being able to get help for this is unbelievable frustrating.
