Budget (including currency): 2000 - 2200€

Country: Lithuania (Europe)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Raid Shadow legends client, Candy crush on facebook....... Work ( medium loads with some excel sheets and oracle DB administration tasks, most of it is done remotely), also 4K gaming (non competitive).

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Some time ago i got a 32 inch 4k monitor (Philips 326M6VJRMB/00). I want to get/build new PC that can give me stable 60FPS at 4K in modern games (and for games to come). I've done some research and this is my part list :

1 - Motherboard : Gigabyte B660M GAMING X DDR4 motherboard Intel B660 LGA 1700 micro ATX, current price : 140,87€

2 - CPU : INTEL Core i5-12600KF current price around 295€

3 - CPU cooler : MSI MAG CORELIQUID 360R V2 Liquid CPU Cooler '360mm Radiator, 3x 120mm ARGB PWM Fan, current price : 124.59€

4 - RAM : ADATA GAMMIX D10 32GB 2x16GB DDR4 3200MHz, current price : 86.22€

5 - SSD - ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1000 GB, SSD interface M.2 NVME, current price : 74.69€

6 - PSU : Deepcool PSU DQ750ST 80PLUS GOLD 750 W, current price : 69.99

7 - GPU : RX6950 XT 16GB ASUS TUF Gaming OC, current price : 898.99€

8 - HDD - SEAGATE Desktop Barracuda 7200 1TB HDD 7200rpm, current price : 46.95€

9 - More fans : Deepcool CF 120 3 in 1, current price : 20€

Total : 1,757.3

For the case i was looking something like BE QUIET PURE BASE 500DX White (around 120€) so then the total would be 1877.3€. But it can be any case.

Looking for any advice or recommendation.

P.S. I can also buy AMD CPU based build.

Why the HDD? You can get a M.2 ssd, you have the budget for that, you could also get a 4070 ti, its around the same price (if not cheaper) and offers better performance.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

Love F1, my favourite team is Ferrari and my favourite driver is Leclerc

I would say go intel based build, they usually offer better or same performance for a better price.

Ok build but the B660 board means you won't overclock then you don't need that big of an AIO, a 60EURish aircooler will do; or get a Z690 board

And you're still 3-400EUR under budget, can't you get a 4070Ti or even a 7900XTX ?

amd is leading in price to performance

the gpu hes getting is very good and can outperform 4070

if he gets a 7900xt for the same price as the 6950xt, hes gonna have a beast

the GPU part is where I disagree with you. 4070 Ti is better at 4K

This is what the pricing looks like for the 7900xt in my country, but i think i would have to upgrade the psu for the 850W

its only a 1tb hdd, you might as well get a 2tb M.2SSD, your way under budget. You could also get a bigger HDD.
