$350 is a pretty insane amount of money for a motherboard.

What are you using the computer for?

Have you bought the 7700 and the 3080 already?

What headers do you need?

What else are you hooking up to the board?

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

If the asus has everything you need go with that because of the wifi on it.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

Love F1, my favourite team is Ferrari and my favourite driver is Leclerc

Both of those boards are overkill for a 7700x..  If you are a gamer you only need a B650.  I am guessing you ain't doing insane overclocking and LN2 records.    I got a B650 for my 7700x - DDR5 - RTX 4080, no problemo. max performance all the time.   I use a Asus TUF B650 plus WIFI,  still an expensive B650 board but I got it at a 34% sale.

Some people use PCIe WLAN cards. Still others don't even use Wi-Fi and just run Ethernet to everything. Onboard WLAN is not the only selling point to a motherboard.

Better for what? What are you using this PC for? What features do you need in a motherboard?

Both motherboards are pretty equal, all things considered, one will only be "better" depending on you and your use case.
