RAM RGB

About a week ago my first gaming PC arrived and all of my RGB lights were working correctly and then a couple of days later my RAM RGB stop working, I've already tried taking them out and then putting them back in again. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else i should do?

what brand is it?  latly you need the manufacturers RGB software to control them.
