well its a good kit.

 

like I said you can downclock it and tighten up the timings. the kit may do 1600mhz CL7 but I cant guarantee. Both are somewhat premium binned mem chips

 

I have seen some really good overclocking results on the 2400mhz kit.

Is it better to use all 4 DIMM slot rather than using 2?

If you're overclocking the RAM then putting as little stress on the memory controller as possible (two DIMMs) is ideal. However if you are only running them at the rated speeds you'd be fine with all four populated.

Yep i'll be running them in stock speeds. for i have no idea on OCing RAM kits. Thanks!
