Windows doesn't wanna boot up

I swapped cpu in my lenovo L420 for i5-2540 it had i3-2330 .Old windows 7 hdd that was in there was booting nicely with new cpu but win10 hdd doesn't it just freezes when loading icon appears ,but if i change back to i3 cpu everything is fine .... So i dont know what is happening and why also automatic system repair freezes also so yea :///////
