Windows 10 taskbar glitch

Go to solution Solved by mr cheese,

For what it's worth you can hide the search bar, if you hit Win + S or open the start menu and just start typing it'll start searching even if you remove the search bar. You can hide it by right clicking the taskbar, and then going to Search > Hidden.

I don't have any advice for the actual problem, but if it's a major bother I hope this offers some relief.

I use dual monitor setup. When i click on the windows button from my right screen, the left part would glitch as seen in the video. And then for a few seconds it would be just stuck there.

I tried pressing ctrl + shift + windows key + b all at once. I tried going to task manager and restart file explorer. But nothing works.

Thought maybe wallpaper engine might be the cause but no. Same thing when I completely closed off wallpaper engine, even after I uninstalled it too.

Heck, I even reinstalled the whole windows 10 from cloud download. Worked for a little bit right after reinstallation but then went back to the same issue again.

This is new computer I recently build. This is the only issue I'm having.

I guess that's all I can do at this point. Doesn't really affects anything else if I hide it. Thanks.
