I would stick to intel if you are ging with the latest platforms as AM5 right now still has some wierdness in it. AM4 is perfectly stable though (im running a 5600 on a A320 not A520 board with no stability issues) Stick with DDR5 on intel as in ltt's latest video DDR4's value proposition isnt really there anymore.

I guess i should have said something about that i will only get intel i dont care for amd lol

Get an i5 or i7 from your retailer depending on what you want to spend(dont get a 12600, it does not have e-cores). Dont bother for a crazy high end motherboard, just get something that supports memory overclocking and has the drive support you need. Just stay away from cheap asrock boards, my experience with those isnt good. Noctua has many different coolers, they have an excellent database of cpu's that can be used to see how hot it will run with any of their coolers. For case, check out this video from gamersnexus

and see which of these cases fits your wants the best. any of them would work but depending in your priorities you may prefer some cases to others. No need to get fancy ram either. just get a 5600 or more ddr5 kit with low latencies. For storage samsung has rock solid drives but they are a bit expensive. If you want to save a buck the WD blue m.2 ssd's will work just as well.
