Nzxt fan broken

My problems is that i have a nzxt gen 3 rgb controller and i have connected 3 nzxt aer 2 rgb fans but i have also connected a nzxt f120 but the f120 i just lighting up one corner and the fan doesnt even show up on the nzxt cam:

And yes i have checked the usb 2.0 dongle i have also reconnected the sata connector but its still not working
