Tbh You could stay in am4 and get a good performing rig like a 5950X will be way similer to 13700KF in multithreaded work load  and not a lot differance in single threaded workload. For gaming 5800X3D is also a great choice. On 100% utilization temps is perfectly fine. You could just upgrade the cpu to 5950X and ram to 32Gb you have a pretty capable system. What motherboard do you have
